Meet your coach
I'm so happy to have you here! Let me introduce myself. My name is Frida Elisson and I will be your trusted coach in Lead Your Way Online Master Class.
As a seasoned leader with global experience, I have worked for more than 20 years as a leader in companies like Lidl, Unilever, Google and eBay in several countries across Europe. After more than 15 years abroad I returned to Sweden in 2022, when our second child was born. During my parental leave, I went back to university to once again study and trained to become an executive leadership coach.
I’m convinced that the key to success is sustainable leadership, which is all about long-term impact while balancing our resources today and for the future. As leaders, this requires us to have a long-term vision, ethical decision-making, resilience, engagement with stakeholders, and much more.
